Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery timeframes:
- In-Stock Equipment: 3-5 business days from order confirmation
- Special Orders: 7-14 business days depending on manufacturer availability
- Supplies and Parts: 1-3 business days for in-stock items

What's Included
Our professional installation service includes:
- Equipment placement at your designated location
- Unpacking and assembly

- Driver installation on up to 5 computers
- Basic user training
- Removal of packaging materials
- Old equipment removal (if requested)
Installation Requirements
To ensure a smooth installation, please have the following ready:
- Clear path from building entrance to installation location
- Dedicated electrical outlet (20-amp recommended for large MFDs)
- Network drop or WiFi credentials
- IT contact available during installation (for network configuration)
- Adequate space for equipment (dimensions provided at time of order)

Additional installation services are available:

- Scan-to-Email/Folder Setup: Configure scanning workflows
- Security Configuration: Set up user authentication and access controls

Scheduling Your Delivery
After your order is confirmed, our logistics team will contact you within 24 hours to schedule delivery. We offer:
- Morning deliveries (8:00 AM - 12:00 PM)
- Afternoon deliveries (12:00 PM - 5:00 PM)
- Specific time windows upon request (subject to availability)
You will receive a confirmation call or text the day before your scheduled delivery.
Day of Delivery
On the day of delivery:
- Our delivery team will call approximately 30 minutes before arrival
- Please ensure a representative is available to receive the equipment
- Inspect equipment for any visible damage before signing
- Installation typically takes 1-2 hours depending on complexity
- Our technician will provide a brief orientation and answer questions
